Man killed and wife injured in shooting in Tamra, Territories 48
SadaNews - A man was killed and his wife was moderately injured, both in their fifties, as a result of a shooting crime in the city of Tamra in the Galilee last night, bringing the death toll in the Arab community since the beginning of the year to 211 victims.
This crime comes just hours after a nationwide demonstration was held in the town of Kfar Yasif in protest against the escalation of murder crimes and the complicity of the Israeli police with organized crime.
Data indicates that 176 people were killed by gunfire, while 100 of the victims were under the age of thirty, including three children who had not yet reached eighteen. Also, 11 murder cases were recorded by the Israeli police.
These shocking numbers reflect the severity of the escalation of violence and crime in the Arab community, amid the complicity of the Israeli police and its failure to perform its role in combating crime and holding criminals accountable.
