SadaNews - The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) confirmed that over 8,000 teachers under its purview in the Gaza Strip are ready to assist in the return of children to learning and resuming their education.
UNRWA emphasized in a statement published on its page on the "X" platform today, Saturday, that it is the largest humanitarian organization operating in the Gaza Strip, and it must be allowed to perform its duties without any obstacles.
It added that "the children of Gaza have been deprived of education for a very long time," stressing the importance of enabling them to return to their schools as soon as possible.
