Israeli Occupation Closes Al-Hamra Military Checkpoint in the Northern Jordan Valley
SadaNews - Israeli occupation forces closed the Al-Hamra military checkpoint in the northern Jordan Valley this morning, Tuesday, in both directions.
Local sources reported that the occupation has been keeping the checkpoint closed to citizen movement for more than three hours, causing severe traffic congestion.
Citizens primarily rely on the checkpoint for their travel from the West Bank provinces to the Palestinian Jordan Valley, and it serves as a main outlet for thousands of citizens to reach their workplaces in the valley areas.
