After the destruction of its headquarters in Gaza at the beginning of the aggression.. the occupation destroys the temporary headquarters of the Lawyers' Syndicate

SadaNews - The Palestinian Lawyers' Syndicate stated in a press release issued this morning that the Israeli occupation authorities destroyed the temporary headquarters of the Lawyers' Syndicate last night after targeting and bombing the Sharab Tower in downtown Gaza where this headquarters is located. The Syndicate pointed out that its main center in the Gaza Strip, along with its other branches in the area, had previously been destroyed by the Israeli occupation at the beginning of the aggression.

The Syndicate added that the policy pursued by the occupation authorities, amid the ongoing genocidal war against the Palestinian people in Gaza, targets the remaining infrastructure, service facilities, buildings, and residential towers in Gaza City, accompanied by crimes of murder and forced displacement of tens of thousands of unarmed citizens, and the destruction of the remaining infrastructure and facilities in the Strip, falls within the context of expanding this aggression as part of the occupation's broader plans to make the Strip uninhabitable, while concurrently implementing the occupation's strategic project of forcibly displacing the Palestinian people from their land.

The Syndicate emphasized that the entire world is now at a crucial crossroads and must choose between an unprecedented arrogance project that has become a clear regional and international threat, and activating accountability tools to curb this madness and excessive arrogance that continually violates international law and norms in every moment and in every action.

The Syndicate added that the danger of the continuation of these crimes and their direct threat to international peace and security, alongside the continued granting of some major powers to the occupation a status that exceeds international law, necessitates that the international community, human rights institutions, and the free people of the world stand united against tyranny in defense of human values, before it is too late, and until the Palestinian people gain their freedom and natural right to self-determination and to live freely and with dignity like other peoples of the world.
