Young Man Dies in Traffic Accident in Occupied Territories
SadaNews - Young Kazem Khaliliya (32 years old) from the town of Iksal was killed in a traffic accident that occurred between a private car and a truck on Highway 6 near the junction of Baqa al-Gharbiyye and Jatt on Sunday evening.
Sources reported that the car collided with the truck from behind for reasons that are still unknown, and the driver became trapped inside as a result.
Medical teams declared the young man's death as soon as they arrived at the scene of the accident, following resuscitation attempts.
A member of the medical team stated, "The car was crushed under the truck and the driver was trapped inside; he was unconscious and suffered from serious injuries to his body. We conducted medical examinations during the rescue operations, but unfortunately, his injuries were severe and we had no choice but to declare his death at the scene."
The Israeli occupation police claimed that they have begun investigating the circumstances of the accident.
