Major General Allam Al-Saqa Welcomes the Launch of the Cooperative Consumer Society for Employees and Affirms Full Support to Expand Its Services Nationwide

SadaNews - Major General Allam Al-Saqa, the Director General of the Palestinian Police, welcomed the launch of the Cooperative Consumer Society for Employees, confirming the provision of all necessary facilities to ensure the society's success and enable it to reach the largest possible number of civilian and military employees, as well as retirees in various Palestinian governorates.

This came during a meeting that brought together Major General Al-Saqa and a delegation from the society headed by Bassam Zakarneh, the society's president, and attended by Dr. Faisal Al-Attari, the society's treasurer, and Colonel Dr. Walid Al-Bayda, a representative of the police in the society's board of directors, along with Bara Al-Muhsiri, the society's advisor.

In his speech, the president of the society, Bassam Zakarneh, emphasized that the society aims to support the Palestinian employee by providing essential goods at reduced prices in cooperation and integration with the private sector, as well as working on additional programs to support the daily needs of employees. He confirmed the society's commitment to transparency and quality in all its services, along with a plan to gradually expand its services to include all Palestinian areas.

For his part, Al-Saqa praised the national initiative, describing it as an important step to enhance the welfare of employees and alleviate their living burdens, affirming that the police will work hand in hand with the society to provide logistical support and administrative advice to ensure the continuity and effectiveness of its services.

The attendees considered that this cooperation between the society and the police enhances employees' trust in the initiative and confirms the security leadership's commitment to its social responsibility towards employees and those with special needs, which contributes to improving the lives of Palestinian employees and providing sustainable services nationwide.
