Child Dies in Hit-and-Run Accident in Rahat
SadaNews - A 3-year-old child was killed today, Sunday, in a horrific hit-and-run accident that took place in the city of Rahat in the Negev region, southern occupied Palestine.
In detail, medical teams reported that "a 3-year-old child was killed after being hit by a truck in Neighborhood 8, Galam Street in Rahat city."
They added, "The child's family informed us that he died as a result of being run over by the truck. Unfortunately, we had to declare his death at the scene due to the severity of his injuries."
The child was taken to a local clinic in critical condition, where medical teams performed resuscitation attempts, but to no avail, and medical teams declared him dead.
The occupation police claimed that they have opened an investigation into the circumstances of the incident.
