Young Man Killed in Shooting Incident in Lod
SadaNews - A 19-year-old young man was killed tonight as a result of a shooting incident in the city of Lod, within the territories of 48.
With this crime, the death toll in the Palestinian community within the territories of 48 has risen to 154 since the beginning of the year, including 15 women. It was found that 132 of the victims were killed by gunfire, and 76 of them were under the age of thirty, including 3 who were killed before reaching the age of 18, while 9 were killed by police.
This comes amid the worsening and escalation of murders and acts of violence, while the occupying police fail to perform their role in curbing crime.
The year 2024 has recorded the killing of 221 people in the Palestinian community within the territories of 48, compared to 222 murders recorded in 2023.
