Protests in the Cities of Nazareth, Rahat, and the Town of Kabbul Against the Aggression on Gaza
SadaNews - Today, Friday, residents of the cities of Rahat and Nazareth and the town of Kabbul inside the 1948 territories participated in protests against the Israeli occupation's aggression on the Gaza Strip and the starvation of its people, amid the ongoing tragedy in the region.
In Nazareth, the protest was organized at the Al-Ain square in the city, initiated by women's groups and joined by political forces and activists from various frameworks.
The demonstrators raised black flags and slogans condemning the occupation and the starvation threatening the residents of the Gaza Strip. Banners held by participants in the protest included slogans such as: "Stop the war," "Starvation is a crime against humanity," "Open the crossings," and "War is destruction for humanity," while protestors beat on pots as an expression of the hunger imposed on the people of Gaza.
In Rahat, dozens of local residents from the city and the Negev participated in a protest, chanting calls for an end to starvation, the aggression on Gaza, and for humanitarian aid to reach the people.
Participants in the protest carried banners condemning systematic starvation policies and images of children whose bodies were emaciated due to malnutrition.
In the town of Kabbul, southeast of Akka, many residents also joined a protest organized at the "Fountain Roundabout" in the town.
Participants in the protest shouted slogans denouncing the continuation of the war and demanding its cessation, as well as the introduction of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip.
These protests are part of a series of actions organized in various regions of the Arab community, as a cry of anger against the occupation, killing, and starvation.
