Injuries from Suffocation in Attacks by the Occupation in Bethlehem

SadaNews - Israeli assaults continue in various areas of the West Bank.

Several citizens were injured by suffocation this Thursday evening while performing the Maghrib prayer, during an incursion by the Israeli occupation forces into the town of Tuqu' southeast of Bethlehem.

Local sources reported that the occupation forces stormed Tuqu' and stationed themselves in the "Amour" neighborhood west of the town, firing tear gas canisters towards the Bilal Ibn Rabah Mosque, then besieging it, which caused several worshippers to suffer from suffocation.

Meanwhile, several citizens also suffered from suffocation during the incursion of the Israeli occupation forces into the town of Al-Khader south of Bethlehem.

Local sources mentioned that the occupation forces invaded Al-Khader and stationed themselves at "the Hill" and "the Gate", launching tear gas canisters on the main street near the mourning tent for the martyrs Ahmad Salah and Muhammad Isa, leading to injuries among several citizens due to suffocation.

It is noteworthy that the town of Al-Khader faces daily incursions by the occupation forces, accompanied by the firing of bullets and tear gas canisters, creating a state of fear among citizens, especially children.
