3 Shooting Crimes in the Occupied Territories Within Hours
SadaNews - A man was seriously injured early this Wednesday morning due to a shooting incident in the city of Baqa al-Gharbiyye, just as he was leaving the mosque after performing the Fajr prayer.
According to the Israeli ambulance spokesperson, a report was received at 5:02 AM on the emergency hotline 101 regarding a man injured in a violent incident that occurred in Baqa al-Gharbiyye.
Emergency crew immediately arrived at the scene and provided initial treatment to the injured, who is a man in his fifties, before transporting him to "Hillel Yaffe" Hospital in Hadera.
His condition was described as serious but stable, and the injured man was conscious and suffered from penetrating injuries.
For its part, the Israeli police have launched an investigation into the circumstances of the crime but have not announced any arrests so far.
This incident comes just hours after two separate murder cases occurred yesterday evening, where a man was killed in Jaffa and a woman in the Negev, raising the death toll from murders in the Arab community since the beginning of this year to 145 victims, including 11 women.
In details, As'ad Kabha, a man in his fifties, was killed due to gunfire in Jaffa.
Meanwhile, in the Negev, a woman was found unconscious in a valley near Road 80 close to the town of Ara'ara, and medical teams declared her dead at the scene after failed attempts to save her.
