Haifa: Serious Injury to Seventy-Year-Old Worker
SadaNews - A man, approximately 70 years old, sustained injuries described as serious in a workplace accident that occurred in the city of Haifa today, Tuesday.
The spokesperson for the "Rescue Union - Northern District" reported that "medical teams affiliated with the Rescue Union provided first aid to a worker who was critically injured on ‘Bel’ street in the city of Haifa".
The occupying police claimed that they opened a file to investigate the circumstances of the accident, in addition to notifying representatives of the Ministry of Economy (Industry, Trade, and Labor) as required.
In a related context, worker Noor Alan Oweisat from the town of Al-Sawahira Al-Sharqiya died this morning, Tuesday, as a result of a workplace accident that took place in the industrial area "Mishor Adumim" near the city of Jerusalem.
The number of victims of workplace accidents in the country has risen to 42 since the beginning of this year, 2025, up to today.
