A medical team confirmed the death of the victim at the hospital after attempts to save his life failed.
Local sources reported that the victim of the murder was a young man named Mahmoud Hijjaj (33 years old).

The rate of murder and violence incidents in the Arab community is escalating, indicating a loss of control, with daily occurrences of violent crimes and killings amid police negligence in providing security and safety for Arab citizens, as well as their collusion with criminal gangs, in addition to the absence of government plans to combat crime.
After the first half of the current year 2025, 129 Arab citizens were killed, including 9 women, in crimes committed with firearms, including 9 individuals under the age of 18 and 59 victims under the age of 30. Among the total, 8 young individuals were killed by police fire in Kfar Qara, Arabah, Iksal, and Ara in the Negev amid reports of gunfire exchanges or shootings at homes.
The police have begun investigating the circumstances of the crime, the background of which remains unknown, without reporting any arrests of suspects.
