
The Occupation Injures a Citizen with Gunfire and Surrounds Two Houses in Salem East of Nablus
SadaNews - A citizen was injured by live ammunition today, Sunday, during confrontations with Israeli occupation forces that are surrounding two houses in the town of Salem east of Nablus.
The head of the Salem village council, Adli Ishtiyeh, stated that the occupation forces stormed the village and besieged two houses on the eastern side of the town, amid reports of gunfire in the area, coinciding with the arrival of additional military reinforcements.
He added that confrontations erupted between the occupation army and the townspeople, during which live ammunition was fired heavily at citizens and their homes.
Medical sources from the Red Crescent Society reported that a 62-year-old citizen was injured by live ammunition in the foot and was transferred to the hospital.
