Police Arrest Main Suspect in Assault on Medical Staff in Ramallah

SadaNews - The General Investigations Department in the suburbs of Jerusalem arrested the main suspect in the assault on the medical staff a few days ago at the Governmental Palestine Medical Complex in Ramallah early this Friday morning.

The police stated in a statement that they had been monitoring the incident from the very first moment, along with the Ministry of Health, which filed an official complaint with the police regarding the assault on the hospital and its medical staff during their duty and while performing their responsibilities.

The police added that they formed a research and investigation team from the General Investigations Department, which was able, after search and surveillance operations, to arrest the main suspect in the assault, and efforts are ongoing to apprehend the other suspects and take the necessary legal actions in accordance with the laws.
