Palestinian Telecommunications Company - Jawwal Releases Its Financial Results for the First Quarter of 2026
SadaNews - The Palestinian Telecommunications Company/Jawwal has disclosed its business results and consolidated financial statements for the end of the first quarter of 2026. The company achieved total revenues of 81.4 million Jordanian Dinars, compared to 62.9 million Jordanian Dinars for the same period in 2025, reflecting a growth rate of 29%. It also recorded a net profit of 12.3 million Jordanian Dinars for the three-month period ending March 31, 2026, compared to 7.9 million Jordanian Dinars for the same period last year, representing an increase of 55%.
The results reflect remarkable growth despite political and economic challenges, showcasing its high flexibility in responding to extraordinary circumstances, thanks to the efforts of its teams and the efficiency of its operational processes, which contributed to a noticeable improvement in financial performance.
The company affirms its commitment to developing its services and network in the Gaza Strip despite resource shortages, while continuing its preparations to launch 4G services and expand the home fiber optic network to reach every house and facility in the West Bank areas, thus enhancing its pioneering role in leading the Palestinian telecommunications and information technology sector.
It is noteworthy that the Palestinian Telecommunications Company/Jawwal was established in 1995 as a public shareholding company, linking Palestine with an advanced network in the fields of cellular and fixed communications, internet, and information technology solutions that serve more than 3.5 million subscribers from all sectors.
