Housing Bank and Ramallah Municipality Sign Strategic Partnership Agreement to Support Municipal Projects and Activities for 2026
SadaNews - In the framework of enhancing joint cooperation and supporting local development, the Housing Bank and Ramallah Municipality signed a strategic partnership agreement aimed at sponsoring the events and activities that the municipality will carry out during the year 2026.
Under this agreement, the Housing Bank will be a sponsor this year for a series of cultural and community events organized by the municipality for the city's residents, through which it aims to make Ramallah a sustainable city proud of its culture and identity.
Osama Harzallah, the regional director of the Housing Bank, emphasized that this agreement reflects the commitment of both parties to build an effective cooperation model that enhances the spirit of partnership among national institutions and serves the public interest, reiterating the Housing Bank's ongoing efforts to support projects and activities carried out by municipalities to serve their citizens.
For his part, the mayor, Issa Qasis, affirmed during his speech that these partnerships reflect the municipality's deep belief that sustainable development is a collective responsibility based on the integration of roles between the municipality, the private sector, and the local community. He added that the municipality values the role of every partnered company and institution that has made social responsibility an integral part of its mission. He pointed out that the convergence of both parties' will manifests a practical model of cooperation between the public and private sectors and strengthens the partnership based on trust and shared commitment towards the community.
