Arab Bank Honors Its Volunteer Employees in the 'Together' Community Responsibility Program
SadaNews: Arab Bank honored its volunteer employees during its annual ceremony for the community responsibility program "Together", held under the slogan "Our Beginnings Together and Our Contributions Continue". This recognition comes in appreciation of their distinguished efforts and effective contributions to serving the local community. The ceremony was attended by the Director of the West Bank, Dr. Jamal Haurani, along with several sector and department managers and employees.
The ceremony included honoring the volunteer team of bank employees who participated throughout the year in implementing a variety of activities and initiatives aimed at serving the local community, covering many areas such as health, environmental protection, poverty alleviation, education, supporting orphans, and empowering women. The honored employees expressed their pride in this recognition during the ceremony, which they see as an incentive to continue volunteering and dedicating time and effort to support community initiatives and enhance their role in social contribution and achieving human and social solidarity.
During the year, the "Together" program witnessed notable growth, evident in the increase in the number of volunteers and beneficiaries of its initiatives, reflecting the bank's ongoing commitment to serving the community and enhancing its role in achieving sustainable development goals. The program has made a clear positive impact on the local community and has contributed to developing the skills of the bank's employees while reinforcing the values of solidarity, cooperation, and teamwork among them.
In the year 2025, the Arab Bank volunteer team executed 31 volunteer activities with the participation of more than 288 employees from various departments, sections, and branches of the bank in Palestine, with a total of 477 volunteer participations amounting to approximately 1,194 volunteer hours. The number of beneficiaries from the community activities and initiatives supported by the bank during the year, as part of its sustainability efforts, exceeded 900,000 beneficiaries from various sectors of the community.
