Palestinian Islamic Bank Implements Volunteer Activity in Beituniya in Partnership with the Municipality

SadaNews Economy - The Palestinian Islamic Bank organized a volunteer activity in the city of Beituniya in cooperation with the municipality, which included painting and cleaning sidewalks.

The volunteer day activities commenced with the participation of the General Director of the Palestinian Islamic Bank, Dr. Imad Al-Saadi, the executive management, and the bank's volunteer team, alongside the attendance of Beituniya Mayor Muhammad Al-Taher and several municipal staff members.

Dr. Imad Al-Saadi stated that this activity is part of the volunteer work program the bank implements annually across various provinces of the homeland, stemming from the bank's sustainable social responsibility policy and its commitment to enhancing the culture of volunteerism among employees due to its importance in strengthening their affiliation with their community.

Al-Saadi added: "We are proud to collaborate with our partners at the Beituniya Municipality in this volunteer activity, believing that partnership with other sectors contributes to maximizing the impact of interventions and contributions made to serve the community, as this year we implemented dozens of interventions within our sustainable social responsibility program in partnership with many institutions across various provinces of the homeland."

For his part, Mayor Muhammad Al-Taher thanked the Palestinian Islamic Bank and its General Director, Dr. Imad Al-Saadi, for this generous gesture that emphasizes the depth of partnership with the private sector in serving our people.

Prior to the volunteer activity, a meeting was held between the Palestinian Islamic Bank delegation and the municipality management, attended by the municipality's executive director Khader Shaheen and the head of the Zakat Committee in Ramallah and Al-Bireh, Rabhi Da'ala.
