Palestinian Islamic Bank Announces Resumption of Operations at Gaza Branch Starting Thursday

SadaNews - The Palestinian Islamic Bank has announced the completion of preparations to resume operations at the Gaza branch – Omar Al-Mukhtar Street, and to receive and serve customers starting Thursday, 16/10/2025.

The General Manager of the Palestinian Islamic Bank, Dr. Imad Al-Saadi, stated that the bank's teams have been working around the clock over the past days intensively to prepare the branch to welcome and serve customers at the main Gaza branch, where working hours will currently be from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Al-Saadi added: "We are currently providing our services through the Deir al-Balah branch, which operated in the most difficult and dangerous conditions during the war. With the resumption of work at the main Gaza branch, we are now able to provide our services to a larger number of customers and help them access their accounts and enjoy banking services, which aligns with the bank's board of directors' ongoing directives to serve our customers in the Gaza Strip and make every effort to enable them to access their accounts and enjoy banking services."

Al-Saadi explained that the bank provides its clients with several digital channels to access their accounts and request banking services quickly and easily around the clock, including a banking application that features a distinguished package of banking services that customers can obtain without the need to visit the bank's branches.
