Presidency: Israeli escalation in the West Bank and Gaza will keep the region in a state of endless war

SadaNews - The official spokesman for the presidency, Nabil Abu Rudeineh, warned today, Sunday, of the danger of the terrorist attacks carried out by settler gangs against our people in various governorates of the West Bank, which have resulted in the burning of two mosques and a house, assaults on citizens, vandalism of property, and the establishment of two new colonial outposts. This is occurring concurrently with the continued raids by occupation forces into cities, villages, and camps, executing extensive detention campaigns, closing roads, and tightening the siege.

Abu Rudeineh stated that the terrorist crimes witnessed in the West Bank, including Jerusalem, are a direct result of the terrorist calls issued by the leaders of the occupation to burn Palestinian land, displace its inhabitants, and intensify the establishment of colonial outposts. He held the extreme right-wing government fully responsible for these crimes, affirming that it seeks to ignite the region to implement its aggressive plans.

He called on the international community, especially the Security Council, to intervene immediately and pressure the occupying government to stop its aggression and the terrorism of its settlers, and to provide protection for the Palestinian people, stressing that mere statements of condemnation mean the continuation of these terrorist crimes, which will lead to an explosion in the entire region.

The official spokesman for the presidency emphasized the need for the U.S. administration to compel the occupying authorities to halt their destructive policies, as the alternative is devastation, wars, and more violence and escalation.
