Settlers burn lands and vehicles and assault homes in Jit east of Qalqilya
SadaNews - Settlers set fire to lands and four vehicles, causing damage to several homes, in the village of Jit east of Qalqilya this evening, Saturday.
Local sources reported that groups of settlers ignited agricultural lands belonging to more than 4-5 families from the village, resulting in the burning of approximately 4-5 dunams, before civil defense crews, along with local youth, managed to control and extinguish the fires.
The sources added that the settlers burned four vehicles, including two belonging to citizens who were visiting the families in the village, causing significant material damage.
The settlers also threw incendiary bottles at several homes in the village, resulting in minor material damage to three homes.
All these properties belong to the families of Sadah, Yamin, and Abu Bakr in the village.
