The official confirmed that the agreement requires Iran to open the Strait of Hormuz as a core condition, and it is likely to be opened without any fees.
He emphasized that the United States will halt its naval blockade on Iran in parallel with the opening of the Strait of Hormuz.
He stated that the phase following the opening of the Strait of Hormuz will witness an intensive and simultaneous operation to remove naval mines.
He added, "Britain and France have discussed forming a naval alliance and have military ships nearby ready to participate in mine removal in the Strait of Hormuz."
He noted that the United States will play a significant role in mine removal operations in the Strait of Hormuz to quickly restore normal conditions.
