Iran Begins Mourning Its Former Leader Ali Khamenei on July 4th
SadaNews - Official media reported today, Saturday, that the funeral of former Iranian leader Ali Khamenei will begin in Tehran on July 4th and will conclude with his burial in the city of Mashhad in the northeast of the country on July 9th, according to Reuters.
Khamenei was killed in Israeli and American strikes on Iran in February. His death marked the end of more than three decades at the head of the country.
