Netanyahu: We will not accept any new equation from Iran and Hezbollah and we will respond forcefully to any attacks
Translation by SadaNews - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated on Monday evening that in the past 24 hours, Iran and Hezbollah have attempted to impose a new equation that is absolutely unacceptable to us.
Netanyahu added in a recorded video, as SadaNews translated, that had we not acted in a timely and forceful manner, we would not be here today - SadaNews translation.
He pledged that Iran will not be allowed to possess nuclear weapons.
He said: We have acted with the same determination against Hezbollah... We continue to destroy all of their "terror" infrastructure in southern Lebanon.
He added: Being shot at from Lebanon towards Israel and standing by with our hands tied is not under my watch, it has not happened and will not happen.
He continued: If Iran returns to attack us, we will respond forcefully because Israel has the full right to defend itself.
He noted: I say this with appreciation and respect in my conversations with President Trump: Together, with unity, determination, and wisdom, we will protect the citizens of Israel and restore security to the north.
