Azzam Al-Ahmad to SadaNews: I Have Not Resigned from My Position as Secretary of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization

SadaNews - Azzam Al-Ahmad, the Secretary of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization, denied to "SadaNews" the circulating news regarding his resignation from the position of Secretary of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization.

In this context, the official spokesman for the "Fatah" movement, Abdel Fattah Doula, categorically denied the authenticity of the statements and posts attributed to Azzam Al-Ahmad regarding his resignation from the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization or any discussion about nominating a new representative.

He emphasized that Azzam Al-Ahmad has not made any statements in this regard and has not issued any position related to what is being circulated on some social media pages and websites.

He called on media outlets and social media users to exercise accuracy and national responsibility and not to circulate or repost fabricated and unreliable news falsely attributed to Palestinian national leaders.

Some media outlets and pages on social media had circulated news stating that Al-Ahmad had resigned from his position as Secretary of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization.
