More than 24,000 passengers crossed the Karamah crossing last week

SadaNews - More than 24,000 citizens and visitors crossed the Karamah crossing during the past week, while the police arrested 44 individuals wanted by the judiciary.

The number of departures during the week was (11,206) individuals, while the number of incoming travelers reached (13,245) individuals, and the movement of travelers was moderate.

During the same period, the police arrested (44) people wanted by the judiciary and banned from traveling, either while attempting to leave through the crossing or during their arrival as they entered Palestinian territories. They were wanted in cases filed before the courts and the public prosecution.

The police and all security and civil devices in the General Administration of Crossings and Borders provided many facilities and services to all citizens, including coordination for (6) medical cases for travel between both sides of the crossing in Palestinian ambulances.
