Settlers Demolish Al-Malih School in Northern Jordan Valley
SadaNews - Last night, settlers' bulldozers demolished the Al-Malih School in the Northern Jordan Valley.
The head of the Al-Malih village council, Mahdi Daragmeh, reported that settlers stormed the community and proceeded to demolish the school and the nearby homes.
He added that the ongoing assaults by the settlers have previously forced Palestinian families living in the area to leave.
In related news, the director of education in Tubas, Azmi Blawna, stated that around 70 students were receiving their basic education from grades one to four at the targeted school.
He added that due to the settlers' attacks, which led to the displacement of families from the area, the number of students decreased to 30, then to 16, ultimately resulting in the complete evacuation of the school after all families were displaced.
The school employed 7 staff members, including the school principal, five educational staff, and a service correspondent.
