Israeli Killed and Injured in Shooting Incident in 'Kochav Yair'
SadaNews - An Israeli was killed and four others were injured today, Sunday, in a shooting in the "Kochav Yair" area, south of Taybeh, during an operation that took place at four different locations.
The Israeli occupation army classified the shooting as a "terrorist act", while Israeli media reported that the shooter was arrested, and an operation is underway to capture another suspect.
The director general of "Magen David Adom" confirmed that there were six injuries at different locations, noting that "one person was killed, one person is in serious condition, and four others have injuries ranging from mild to moderate."
In its initial statement, the occupation police said that it "received a report about a shooting incident at a gas station in Kochav Yair which resulted in two people being injured with varying degrees of wounds, and that a large police force is working at the scene to collect evidence and conduct sweep operations, while the circumstances of the incident are still under investigation."
