Widespread Raids and Arrests in Various Areas of the West Bank

SadaNews - Various areas of the West Bank witnessed, on the morning and dawn of Sunday, a campaign of arrests and field investigations that targeted dozens, alongside a series of incursions carried out by Israeli occupation forces, which were accompanied by confrontations in some areas, house raids, and a wide military deployment in several governorates.

In northern West Bank, the forces stormed the towns of Alar and Attil north of Tulkarem, as well as the city of Hebron in the south and the town of Deir Jarir northeast of Ramallah, amidst operations to raid and search the homes of residents.

In Bethlehem, the occupation forces arrested a young man named Hamza Hani Abayat from the town of Doha west of the city, following a raid and search of his family home.

The incursions also included the towns of Al-Khader, Al-Obeidiya, Dar Salah, and Za'tara, in addition to the villages of Abu Anjeem and Wadi Rahal, without recording any new arrests in those areas.

In Jenin governorate, the forces raided the village of Umm Al-Tout east of the city, and stormed several homes, while a foot patrol conducted an incursion in the village of Jalboun east of Jenin.

In Tubas, local sources reported that the Israeli army stormed the village of Tayaseer east of the city and raided homes there, amidst reports of a special unit sneaking in before the operation began.

The incursion also included the city of Jericho, while other areas of the West Bank witnessed similar military movements, reflecting the ongoing state of field tension in various governorates.
