Exclusive SadaNews – Palestinian Prime Minister Dr. Mohammed Mustafa, accompanied by Minister of Finance, Planning, and International Cooperation Dr. Estefan Salameh, will depart for the Belgian capital Brussels to participate in high-level international meetings taking place from April 19 to 21, 2026.

The visit includes participation in the "Global Alliance for a Two-State Solution" meetings, led by France and Saudi Arabia, as well as the Coordination of Aid Meeting (AHLC) chaired by Norway, with the involvement of several international parties, including the World Bank, Egypt, the UAE, and various European and Arab countries, as indicated by diplomatic sources to SadaNews.

This participation is part of ongoing diplomatic and economic efforts by the Palestinian leadership to enhance international support and follow up on financial and developmental cooperation files amid current economic challenges.

The Palestinian delegation is scheduled to hold a series of bilateral meetings with international officials, including the Swiss Special Envoy for the Middle East and North Africa, along with representatives from the European Union and Japan, to discuss ways to expand cooperation and support development and reconstruction projects, especially in the Gaza Strip.

The delegation will also participate in sessions and meetings within the framework of the Coordination of Aid Committee, which serves as a central international platform for coordinating political and financial support for Palestine and enhancing coordination among donor entities.

The visit's agenda, as SadaNews has learned, also includes meetings with several senior European officials, including the President of the European Council, the High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs, and the European Commissioner for the Mediterranean, to discuss the latest political and economic developments and ways to enhance partnership with the European Union.
