Palestinian Insurance Companies Union and Birzeit University Sign Memorandum of Understanding to Enhance Academic and Training Cooperation
SadaNews - The Palestinian Insurance Companies Union signed a memorandum of understanding with Birzeit University, aimed at enhancing the partnership between the two sides in academic and training fields related to the insurance sector and the Palestinian financial sector.
The agreement aims to develop practical training programs for students of the Faculty of Business and Economics within the insurance companies that are members of the union, in addition to organizing workshops and specialized lectures presented by sector experts, contributing to linking theoretical aspects with practical application.
The agreement also includes cooperation in integrating concepts and practical skills into the curricula, in line with the needs of the insurance labor market, and enhancing students' readiness to engage in professional life competently.
The president of the union, Mr. Anwar Al-Shanti, confirmed that this agreement comes within the framework of the union's vision to support applied education and enable students to acquire practical experiences that contribute to the development of their professional capabilities.
