Tehran Sets 5 Conditions to End War Including Halting "Assassinations"
SadaNews - The "Press TV" channel reported from a senior Iranian official that Tehran has outlined 5 essential conditions to end the war, which include: a complete halt to aggression against Iran, stopping assassinations by the enemy, compensating Iran, ending the war on all fronts in the region, in addition to international recognition of Iran's sovereign right to exercise authority over the Strait of Hormuz.
Meanwhile, Press TV cites a senior security official stating that the U.S. proposals conveyed to us are exaggerated and disconnected from reality.
An Iranian official also told Reuters: "Our initial response to the U.S. proposal is not positive, but it is still under consideration."
Additionally, CNN reported citing senior officials that the Trump administration is working on arranging a meeting in Pakistan at the end of the week to discuss an exit from the war.
