Trump: We are achieving more than we planned in Iran

SadaNews - U.S. President Donald Trump, in new statements on Saturday, considered that the U.S.-Israeli attack on Iran has yielded greater results than planned. Trump said, "We are achieving more than we planned in Iran." Regarding the field results of the U.S. attack on the Iranian navy, Trump stated, "We sunk 42 Iranian ships in 3 days." Trump continued his assault on Tehran, emphasizing that "the Iranian regime has caused a lot of killing." In an effort to soothe American public concerns and address opposition voices against the campaign against Iran, Trump promised to work on "reducing American casualties in the war." Earlier, U.S. President Trump said on Saturday that Iran, which is suffering a devastating defeat, apologized and surrendered to its neighbors in the Middle East, promising that it will no longer fire upon them. He vowed that Iran "will face a very strong blow today." These statements from the U.S. President came shortly after televised remarks by Iranian President Masoud Bezhakian, who earlier on Saturday apologized to neighboring countries, stressing that "there is no enmity with the countries of the region", and confirming that Iran will not surrender to Israel and the United States. The Iranian President added, "I apologize to the neighboring countries... there is no enmity with the countries of the region", indicating that his country "will stop attacks against neighboring countries unless attacks are launched against us from them." The U.S. President wrote in a post on his "Truth Social" account: "Iran, which is suffering severely, has apologized and surrendered to its neighbors in the Middle East, promising not to fire upon them anymore. This promise was only made due to the ongoing U.S. and Israeli attack." Trump continued, "They were seeking to dominate and rule the Middle East. This is the first time Iran has been defeated, in thousands of years, by neighboring Middle Eastern countries. They said: 'Thank you, President Trump.' I replied: 'You're welcome!' Iran is no longer the 'tyrant of the Middle East', but has become 'the loser in the Middle East', and it will remain so for decades until it surrenders or, most likely, completely collapses!" The U.S. President added: "Today (Saturday), Iran will be hit hard! There are areas and groups of people that have not been targeted until now, which we are studying seriously to completely destroy due to their bad behavior. Thank you for your concern in this matter." It is noted that the United States and Israel launched a large-scale military operation against Iran on February 28.
