More than 24,000 travelers passed through the Karama crossing last week
SadaNews - More than 24,000 citizens and visitors crossed through the Karama crossing during the past week, while the police arrested 94 individuals wanted by the judiciary.
The number of departures during the week was (11,811) persons, while the number of arriving travelers was (12,606) persons, and the flow of travelers was moderate.
During the same period, the police arrested (94) individuals wanted by the judiciary and banned from traveling, either while attempting to leave through the crossing or awaiting their arrival upon entering Palestinian territories, as they are wanted in cases filed before courts and the public prosecution.
The police and all security and civil agencies in the General Administration of Crossings and Borders provided numerous facilities and services to all citizens, including coordination for (8) medical cases for travel between both sides of the crossing using Palestinian ambulances.
