SadaNews: The Al-Quds Ash-Sharif House of Wealth Agency Launches the "Nights of Al-Quds in Morocco" Program
Sada News - The events of the "Nights of Al-Quds in Morocco" program, organized by the Al-Quds Ash-Sharif House of Wealth Agency in partnership with the "Burj Al-Luq luq Community Association in Jerusalem" and the Moroccan Association for Supporting Reconstruction in Palestine, kicked off at the National Higher Institute of Music and Choreographic Arts in Rabat.
This event, organized over three days, comes in the context of the ongoing efforts made by the Al-Quds Ash-Sharif House of Wealth Agency, under the gracious directives of Moroccan King Mohammed VI, the President of the Al-Quds Committee, to enhance the symbolic presence of the holy city in human consciousness and to reinforce the values of solidarity and steadfast support for its people and sacred places.
Mohammed Salem Al-Sharqawi, the director in charge of managing the Al-Quds Ash-Sharif House of Wealth Agency, affirmed in a speech on this occasion that the "Nights of Al-Quds in Morocco" program confirms the agency's commitment to employing culture, creativity, and cultural industries as a human bridge connecting Morocco and Jerusalem, enhancing awareness of the Palestinian cause, and supporting the steadfastness of the Jerusalemites in harmony with the values of Jerusalem and its religious and civilizational center.
Al-Sharqawi highlighted the agency's efforts in preparing to launch a Ramadan campaign in Jerusalem to support needy families sufficiently throughout the holy month, while also reviewing the agency's work plan for the year 2026, and support projects aimed at healthcare and educational institutions, alongside implementing projects in the fields of culture and arts, and programs aimed at children.
For his part, the Palestinian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Morocco, Jamal Al-Shubaki, confirmed that the Palestinian safety network has its Arab and Islamic depth, with Morocco taking the lead in supporting it economically and politically. He highlighted in this context the Moroccan presence in the city of Jerusalem as part of its social fabric.
The ambassador noted that the "Nights of Al-Quds in Morocco" will be complemented by "Moroccan Nights in Jerusalem" during the holy month of Ramadan, emphasizing the strong partnership with the Al-Quds Ash-Sharif House of Wealth Agency, which plays a prominent role in supporting Jerusalemites and enhancing their steadfastness.
Meanwhile, the chairman of the board of the "Burj Al-Luq luq Community Association in Jerusalem", Nasser Ghayth, confirmed that the events of the "Nights of Al-Quds in Morocco" are not just a celebration, but a reminder of the spiritual, historical, and humanitarian significance of the holy city in the consciousness of the nation.
Ghayth praised the leading role of the Kingdom, under the leadership of Moroccan King Mohammed VI, the President of the Al-Quds Committee, in supporting the city of Jerusalem through its steadfast positions and practical initiatives according to a "solid approach" that reflects the depth of the historical and emotional connection of Morocco with the holy city.
For her part, Amina Talbi, a member of the office of the Moroccan Association for Supporting Reconstruction in Palestine, highlighted that the "Nights of Al-Quds in Morocco" represent a spiritual and cultural event that embodies the deep historical and emotional ties between the Moroccan people and Jerusalem and Palestine.
Talbi stressed the importance of doubling efforts to enhance solidarity with Palestinians through practical initiatives and field projects, which is what the Al-Quds Ash-Sharif House of Wealth Agency has been consistently doing.
