Local sources reported that the occupation forces closed the Atara military checkpoint northwest of Ramallah, forcing citizens to take the Rawabi - Atara route, while setting up a military checkpoint at the entrance of Ein Sinya to the north, causing a severe traffic jam for those leaving the city towards the northern West Bank governorates.
