Al-Domairi: Independent Appointment to Head Gaza Committee Consolidates Separation
SadaNews: Adnan Al-Domairi, a member of the Consultative Council of Fatah Movement, confirmed that appointing an independent figure who is not affiliated with the government to head the administrative committee in the Gaza Strip contributes to the continuation of division and transforms it into a geographical and political separation between the two parts of the homeland, undermining the possibility of establishing an independent Palestinian state.
Al-Domairi emphasized in his remarks to Palestine Voice Radio today, Monday, that this step poses a concern for the Fatah Movement and for all those who care about our people's right to self-determination, considering past experiences.
He pointed out that the Fatah Movement insists that there is no state in Gaza and no state without it, highlighting its insistence that the head of the administrative committee must be a minister in the government to maintain the connection between the West Bank and Gaza.
