Ambassador Laith Arafah Meets with German State Minister for Foreign Affairs Florian Hahn
SadaNews - Ambassador Laith Arafah, the Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Germany, met with the State Minister in the German Foreign Office, Florian Hahn, at the ministry's headquarters in Berlin.
The ambassador briefed Minister Hahn on "the latest developments in Palestine, and the efforts the Palestinian leadership is making, in cooperation with Arab and international parties, to implement the peace plan and to halt the ongoing escalation in the West Bank."
The meeting also addressed the efforts being made to alleviate the humanitarian disaster in the Gaza Strip, the reconstruction efforts, as well as emphasizing the necessity of establishing a serious political process that leads to the end of occupation and the achievement of the two-state solution, based on international legitimacy and principles of international law.
