Occupation Closes the Entrances of Nabi Saleh and Singil North of Ramallah
SadaNews - Israeli occupation forces closed the entrances to Singil and Nabi Saleh north of Ramallah today, Friday.
Local sources reported that the occupation forces have continued to close the entrance to Nabi Saleh northwest of Ramallah with an iron gate since last night, Thursday, forcing citizens to take long and alternative routes.
The sources pointed out that this entrance serves the villages of Bani Zeid Al-Gharbiya (Beit Rima, Deir Ghassaneh, Kafr Ein, and Qaraweh), as well as the city of Salfit and some of its villages.
Additionally, occupation forces closed the iron gate located at the entrance of Singil town this morning, blocking citizen movement.
According to a report issued by the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission last September, the total number of military checkpoints and iron gates set up by the occupation army in the West Bank has reached 910, including 83 gates since the beginning of 2025. It is noted that 247 iron gates were installed after October 7, 2023.
