Youth killed in shooting crime in Tuba Zangaria within the 48 territories
SadaNews - The young man Manar Aqleh was killed due to a shooting incident that targeted him in a crime committed in Tuba Zangaria tonight. Meanwhile, two individuals in their thirties were seriously injured from gunfire in a crime that took place in the village of Umm Batin in the Negev, within the 48 territories.
In Tuba Zangaria, young Aqleh was shot at in the town, resulting in critical injuries, and he was transported to the hospital, where his death was confirmed after attempts to save his life failed.
In the Negev, ambulance crews reported that they received a notification about the injury of two individuals who were brought to them near the Abu Kaf intersection on Route 60, following a "violent incident in Umm Batin."
The paramedics explained that the two injured individuals were suffering from penetrating injuries, and medical staff provided initial treatment before transferring them to the hospital, with their condition described as serious.
This comes at a time when the Palestinian community within the 48 territories is witnessing a serious escalation in murder and violence, with the number of victims rising since the beginning of the year to 189, including 19 women.
Data indicates that 159 individuals were shot dead, with 95 of the victims being under the age of thirty, including three children who had not yet reached the age of eighteen. Nine cases of killings have been recorded perpetrated by the Israeli police against Arab citizens.
These shocking numbers reflect the extent of the escalation of violence and crime in the Palestinian community within the 48 territories, amid the complicity of the Israeli police and their failure to perform their role in combating crime and holding criminals accountable.
