He clarified that their development was carried out in partnership with national and international institutions in line with international standards, making them a model for utilizing technology to serve justice and enhance citizens' trust in law enforcement institutions.

The General Director of the Independent Commission for Human Rights, Dr. Ammar Dweik, explained that the launch of this system represents an important milestone in strengthening the official oversight system, particularly judicial oversight, which is a fundamental pillar alongside the supervisory role of the Commission, praising the efforts of the Public Prosecution in protecting rights and freedoms and enhancing the rule of law.
For his part, the Deputy Director of the Sowasiyeh 3 Project, Mr. Omar Al-Assouli, confirmed that the Public Prosecution has embodied from the beginning a model of integrated work with the police and national and international partners, pointing out that the specialization upon which the system is based constitutes one of the essential pillars of the program, and thanking everyone who contributed to the preparation of this guide that will serve inmates in places of deprivation of liberty.
