Occupation issues notice to seize approximately 3 dunams of land in Kafr Deek, west of Salfit
SadaNews - Today, Sunday, the Israeli occupation forces issued a notice to seize an area of approximately 3.5 dunams of land from the town of Kafr Deek, west of Salfit, to pave the way for a colonial road.
The spokesperson for the Kafr Deek municipality, Mahmoud Deek, stated that the road will be constructed adjacent to the homes of citizens, starting from the "Al-‘Abara" area, reaching the settlements of "Bedouil" and "Aliya Zahaf".
He pointed out that the targeted lands belong to several citizens from the town and have previously been subjected to land leveling and the uprooting of olive trees by the occupation forces, as part of a policy aimed at seizing them and expanding the settlements at the expense of farmers.
