Two Killed in Nazareth and Lod; Serious Injury in Tayibe

SadaNews - A young man, Hassanain Mahdi Abu Sluq, in his thirties, from Lod, was killed in a shooting incident in Nazareth, while a Jewish man (50 years old) was killed in a separate crime in Lod. Additionally, a young man (25 years old) was seriously injured in another shooting incident in Tayibe on Tuesday evening.

In Nazareth, a young man was shot inside a vehicle on Route 5026 in the city, and the medical team could only declare him dead at the scene.

In the city of Tayibe, located in the southern Triangle area, a young man (25 years old) was injured with wounds ranging from serious to moderate due to a shooting incident.

In Lod, a man in his fifties, a resident of Herzliya, was killed as a result of a shooting on "Hagai" Street in the city.

The Israeli occupation police stated that they arrested 5 suspects involved in the murder in Lod, but did not report any arrests related to the crimes in Nazareth and Tayibe.

171 Killed This Year, Including 5 Since the Beginning of the Week

Violent crimes continue to claim lives in the Arab community at a horrific pace, with 5 Arab citizens killed since the start of the week. The latest victim before the Nazareth shooting was the nurse Yazan Qadri, who was killed in his home in the town of Nahf in the Shaghour area early Monday.

In the city of Jaffa, Raed Hamza Sakhaifeh (41 years old) was killed in a shooting incident that occurred on Sunday evening.

In the city of Akka, young man Muhammad Mahmoud Nator (27 years old) was killed in a shooting incident in the market on Sunday.

In the city of Tayibe, young man Mu'tasim Nasirat, in his forties, was killed in a shooting that occurred after midnight between Saturday and Sunday.

Thus, the death toll from murder crimes in the Arab community since the beginning of this year has risen to 171, including 169 Arabs and residents, of whom 17 are women.

The data indicates that 143 of the victims were killed by gunfire, of which 84 were under the age of thirty, including three who were killed before reaching the age of 18. There were also 9 recorded cases of murder by police.

These shocking figures come amid a worsening of murders and violent events, along with increasing accusations against the police for failing to fulfill their role in curbing crime and holding criminals accountable.
