Ramallah and Al-Bireh Forces Call to Confront the Occupation's Aggressions and Settlers by All Available Means

SadaNews - The national and Islamic forces in Ramallah and Al-Bireh confirmed that "the terrorist aggression faced by the village of Al-Mughayer for the third consecutive day, as well as the eastern countryside villages of the governorate, in addition to what is happening in the western villages and the towns of Atara and Umm Safa to the north, are living examples of the implementation of the annexation and forced displacement plan, which entails a comprehensive violation of Palestinian land. At the same time, they represent the titles of epic and heroic steadfastness that affirm our people's deep roots in their land, rejecting these plans no matter the cost."

The forces stressed in a statement their "right for the Palestinian people to confront these aggressions by all available means, to activate the popular protection committees, to revive and expand the participation of neighboring villages, and to work on preventing the implementation of these unprecedented plans in terms of the size and method of the aggressions, in addition to seizing hundreds of dunams under the pretext of security justifications, and providing direct official protection and active participation from the occupying army in these incursions and brutal assaults, considering them one of the forms of organized state terrorism against an unarmed people under occupation."

The forces demanded, with the announcement by the United Nations that Gaza is a famine area, to activate all international tools to secure international protection and enforce international law by using coercive force to introduce aid and food immediately to the besieged in Gaza, and to declare the occupying state as a danger to international peace and security, using food as a weapon of extermination, in addition to committing genocide through systematic bombing and destruction of the elements of life in the region, paving the way for the displacement of its residents. They called for immediate action to suspend the membership of the occupying state in the United Nations and its institutions and to enforce international law regarding the use of starvation against nearly a million citizens in the region.

The forces called for broad participation in a mass stand in front of the United Nations in Ramallah, in support of the people of Gaza who are starving, on Monday, 1-9 at 12:00, affirming the unity of the Palestinians and rejecting the open extermination war. They also urged for broad participation in the weekly sit-in on Tuesday in front of the Al-Bireh Cultural Center at 11 AM in solidarity with the female prisoners and prisoners in the occupation's jails amidst the campaigns of abuse and torture they are facing, and in light of the ongoing occupation policies aimed at undermining the symbols and leaders of the prisoners' movement. Furthermore, they called for the continuation of popular activities and for wide official international action to expose the occupation's crimes, protect their lives, and work towards opening an international investigation into the series of occupation crimes against them.
