Israeli Minister Accuses "Macron" of "Following Nazi Policies"
SadaNews - Israeli Energy Minister Eli Cohen launched a scathing attack on French President Emmanuel Macron, accusing him of following Nazi policies that France adopted during World War II.
Cohen said in an interview with the Hebrew channel "Kan": "President Macron, what exactly are you doing here? He is promoting terrorism and giving a boost to terrorist organizations," he expressed.
He stated that Macron has no right to dictate anything to Israel.
Cohen also supported a proposal to allocate land in France for the Palestinians, considering that Macron is only demanding a Palestinian state while Israel should proceed with declaring sovereignty over the West Bank.
This attack comes in response to Macron's announcement of his intention to officially recognize a Palestinian state during the United Nations General Assembly meetings in September, with the aim of contributing to achieving peace in the Middle East.
This move has sparked anger from the United States and Israel, signaling a potential political crisis between Paris and Tel Aviv.
