Police Arrest Dealers and Users of Narcotics in Jericho, Hebron, and Tulkarm
SadaNews - The police arrested a number of individuals suspected of promoting and using substances believed to be narcotic in the provinces of Jericho, Hebron, and Tulkarm, as part of their ongoing efforts to combat this menace.
The police stated that the Anti-Narcotics Branch in Jericho, with support from police departments and centers, apprehended users caught in the act after searching their homes and vehicles properly, confiscating substances suspected to be manufactured and hybrid cannabis, hashish, and narcotic pills.
In Hebron, the Anti-Narcotics Police arrested a suspect while he was promoting substances believed to be narcotic, catching him red-handed with quantities of material suspected to be marijuana and hashish, along with a sum of money believed to be from the proceeds of promotion, and tools used for substance use.
In Tulkarm, the anti-narcotics team arrested two suspects for promoting and selling materials believed to be narcotic, confiscating half a slab suspected to be hashish weighing 64.3 grams and 8.1 grams of hashish mixed with tobacco inside a vehicle.
The police have taken the suspects and the seized items into custody to refer them to the Public Prosecutor to take legal action against them.
