SadaNews - Major General Alam Al-Saqa, Director General of Police, emphasized that maintaining security stability is a top priority, and it is essential to enhance and sustain it through the integration of field and administrative efforts.
This came during his meeting today with his operations assistant, Brigadier General Madhat Hajo, Director of Central Operations, Brigadier General Yasser Abu Hananeh, his deputy, Brigadier General Nayel Imar, and the directors of the departments and branches related to operations.
During the meeting, General Al-Saqa stressed the necessity of responding quickly and effectively to citizens' calls via the toll-free number 100, and handling the signals received in the operations rooms with utmost seriousness and professionalism, as this plays a significant role in enhancing citizens' trust in the police apparatus.
He praised the efforts of the operations management in following up on fieldwork, affirming that it represents "the leader of fieldwork", directing to continue the professional work to improve police services and reduce response time to citizens' calls and emergencies.
General Al-Saqa also commended the high level of professionalism and discipline demonstrated by the police departments and their personnel in managing and securing the 2025 high school examination, which received widespread praise from local and international partners.
At the conclusion of the meeting, General Al-Saqa reaffirmed the importance of monitoring the high school results and addressing any associated negative phenomena, as part of the police's efforts to combat unlawful behaviors and maintain public peace and a safe environment.
