Protest in the Netherlands Against Company Exporting F-35 Fighter Parts to Israel
SadaNews - The Dutch city of Bodegraven witnessed a protest on Saturday against the company "GKN Fokker" for exporting spare parts for the F-35 stealth multirole fighter to Israel, the occupying power.
The demonstrators, including Dutch nationals, marched from the famous "Market" square to the factory of "GKN Fokker" and the headquarters of "GKN Aerospace."
Participants in the march held signs saying "We are all Palestinians, cut all ties with the apartheid state of Israel," expressing their rejection of arms exports or any military support to Israel.
In a statement read on behalf of the protesters, it was recalled that a Dutch court decided last year to stop the export of F-35 spare parts to Israel after concluding that it violates international humanitarian law in the Gaza Strip.
The statement affirmed that "GKN Fokker" continues to export the mentioned spare parts to Israel through indirect means, despite the Dutch judiciary's decision, making it a partner in the crimes committed in Gaza and contributing to the ongoing genocide perpetrated by Israel in the Gaza Strip.
