Jordan Bank Sponsors the Welcome Day Activities for Graduate Students at Birzeit University

SadaNews - In light of its community responsibility and commitment to supporting the education sector in Palestine, Jordan Bank sponsored the welcome day activities for graduate students at Birzeit University, held by the university on Saturday, October 25, in celebration of the new academic year.

The CEO of Jordan Bank branches in Palestine, Mr. Saif Issa, stated that this sponsorship comes as a continuation of the bank's support for several initiatives at Birzeit University, including the annual employment day and the fourth annual conference of the Palestinian Student Scholarships Fund (PSSF).

Issa emphasized that education is a fundamental pillar for achieving sustainable development, especially given the current circumstances in Palestine, wishing the students of Birzeit University and all Palestinian universities more success, creativity, and an effective contribution to building the nation's future.

For its part, the Graduate Studies Faculty at Birzeit University confirmed that the partnership with Jordan Bank in organizing the welcome day embodies the constructive cooperation between the university and banking sector institutions, enhancing academic and student initiatives and supporting excellence and innovation in the university community.

On the sidelines of the event, a team from Jordan Bank presented an informative session about the innovative banking services offered by the bank to university students and new graduates, aligning with their financial and banking needs.
